In order to promote foreign language courses among high school graduates, we conducted the first recruitment campaign in Poland on Instagram to work as a Language Trip Tester. We recruited for the dream job during the holiday period from May to July 2018.
As a result, we reached over 450,000 recipients with communication, we gained 15,000 followers on the Insta EF Polska profile. We have registered 8,500 applications for dream jobs from high school graduates.The search rate of the brand in the Google search engine increased by 86%, and the number of bookings increased by 60%. All this translated into a 46% increase in sales compared to the same period from the previous year.
Due to the spectacular effects of the campaign, it passed to the final stage in the Golden Clips awards. This is the most prestigious awards dedicated to the Public Relations industry organized by theAssociation of Public Relations Companies. During the final, the “Tester of Language Trips” was honored with the Bronze Clip – the highest distinction awarded this year in the “Tourism and Recreation” category.
